    Finley was captain in Dallas but I thought Timmy D was team captain of the Spurs.

    Good question to ask on the Pop Show I guess.

    I could see Fin being given a co-captain type of le, but Tim has to be the man.

    I just think it's a typo.

    The Spurs don't usually indicate the captains on their roster listing. So that C was probably just next to Finley's name when they moved him over from the Mavs.

    I read one article last year that Tim Duncan is the captain of this team.

    i don't think the arrival of Mike Finley in S.A. merits any demotion of the team's star and MVP.

    maybe Kori is right.

    I think you are in Argentina so I understand, but Tony is also a captain of this team and meets at center court before every game with the officials and the team captains. It's been that way for now 3 seasons.

    That said, it doesn't make sense to make Finley a capt. yet.

    It kind of makes sense that the point guard is a co captain cause he runs a lot of the plays.
