Lonnie being absent from the SL tonight also paid dividends. He needs to come off the bench tbh.
Tonight shows Spurs play better defense against Rockets without Aldridge’s defensive liabilities. Poeltl/Eubanks play better defense and rebounds the ball better. And easily Aldridge’s scoring can be filled with any White, DJ, Keldon, Vassell. Aldridge is gone.

So instead of normally having 3 defensive liabilities in the starting lineup, tonight we just had DeMar. I mean... defense can still win you games right? I love Lonnie but my dude needs to be benched. And LMA can go away.
Nah the defensive liabilty is Lonnie. The same ty defense happened against the Wolves when Lonnie played. He's the reason why the defense is ty then LMA but Lonnie is the main culprit.
