    After days of completely peaceful protests, the town elders declare an emergency ahead of the viewing of a clip of the body cam footage by the family, followed by its release to the public "by Wednesday."

    Elizabeth City PD donned riot gear tonight and did a ty line dance in front of ~25 totally chill, totally outnumbered protesters.
