Better now than in the playoffs. This isn't the first time Tim laid an egg. He'll work through it. He always does.

I am waiting for the "trade his sorry ass" thread from some of these so called fans who have self-induced spastic colons every time the Spurs lose.

There is only one loss that is worth getting worked up over, and that is the one that could end the season. Everything else is just drama.

Agree. But these are the same fans that start talking Championship Parade after ONE win.

Shouldn't happen again. Duncan hasn't played that bad of a game in a couple of seasons.

he's not hurt he's just on a very slow decline. if he went 3-18 against sheed and ben wallace i could give him some slight grief but to go 3-18 against brandon haywood......i mean wow

He had a ty night it happens, it's no big thing especially when he was so dominant just last night. I bet he comes out and scores 20 in the first half against the hawks and then sits most of the second half en route to 20 pt blowout.

3-18, but it could have been 10-18 or 11-18 if there weren't the "lid on the basket". Lots of close in stuff that bounced in and around and out.

They concentrated on Tim, played him tough, and it worked. Tim neutralized.
No Duncan, no Spurs. He never got going, taking wild-ass contested shots, and he couldn't even make 2 ft shots, put backs.

Tim, Rasho, Horry, scored 17 pts, 6/27 FGs, in 78 mins, got 1 block.
Wiz front court and paint defense was fatally effective.

oh well, HOU and PHX next week.

It was one of those nights, it happens, what worries me more is all the one on one play by Tony, Manu and Van Exel. Where was all the great ball movement that was a staple last year. I can't remember so many times seeing our guards bring the ball up and not pass the ball and take the shot. I blame it on tony's new found love for scoring. I am not worried about Tim though, he will come around and make teams play for abusing him.

of course, cause we must constantly find fault in Tony Parker.

That will teach you to make fun of Dirk on a bad night .
The thing is, they can make fun of Dirk when he lays an egg and at the same time not worry when Duncan does the same. Why? Its simple, Duncan has the hardware, Dirk doesnt.

Yep tony gets the blame, see what i mean by his need for speed to score, when tonys playin its always 4-1, 4 takin there time to run down and parker is the one first to the lane not waitin for the other 4, and what happens when he flops and misses, i hate it when he flops on a layup, teh test actor ive seen
