I still love the feel of Army-Navy as a collegiate rivalry. In a technical sense, it's crappy football for the D-1 college game, but in the end, it's what college football was meant to be about, I think. It always gets my vote in this poll.
I'm also a big proponent of Harvard-Yale, just because I've seen parts of that rivalry for myself. In 1991, we played the first game at Harvard Memorial Stadium after the 1990 Harvard-Yale game. It was sublime. There is a little room underneath the stands on the vistors side of the field and in that room, every wall had "Harvard Sucks" (or something along those lines) and some Yale propaganda in permanent ink. The hatred between those schools is strong.
Plus, Harvard/Yale always has great pranks. Last year, the prank was Yale students dressing up as Harvard supporters and passing out placards to the Harvard faithful for a card trick. When the Harvard fans turned their cards over, they spelled out "We Suck." Too funny.
"WE SUCK"
How can UT-A&M be called a rivalry? In a rivalry the outcome isn't predictable.
I would agree...you can not beat the sight of the two schools marching into the stadium on a cold afternoon. It is not the most talent you will ever see on a football field but the players on both sides never give up, no matter their records or the score. Gets my vote too.I still love the feel of Army-Navy as a collegiate rivalry. There have been many times when the better team didn't win this game. 1999 comes to mind. How can UT-A&M be called a rivalry? In a rivalry the outcome isn't predictable.
Army-Navy is bad football and gets poor broadcast ratings. I don't understand why it is always included when discussing great rivalry games.
There are occassional surprises, but for the most part the series is heavily tilted towards Texas... it may be a rivalry, but I wouldn't call it a good one due to the Aggies' inep ude.
To be fair..from about 84-94 it was pretty much all Ags.There are occassional surprises, but for the most part the series is heavily tilted towards Texas... it may be a rivalry, but I wouldn't call it a good one due to the Aggies' inep ude.
Michigan Ohio State
Go Wolverines
They can win the Big Ten with a win and a
Penn State loss.
butta...if they come to the Alamo Bowl...you going?
If I can get my hands on some tickets yeah. Arent Bowl tickets hard to come by?
I dont think Michigan will be No. 4 in the big ten they should get
the Capital One or Outback Bowl. I would love to see them in the
Orange Bowl.
Here is a breakdown they are predicted to make the Outback Bowl

cool...its got Dre's boys coming here. Dre needs to get tix.
I cannot wait for the game tomorrow!! I will be in AA by 9am!! If you guys see anyone on the field with an "am1270 mic flag" after the game, it will be yours truly.
BTW...Hart will play, which means Michigan will win!!
AHHH H YEAH
I donated blood last year to get tickets, so check out the blood bank when tickets go on sale.
Florida and Georgia are not rivals. It's just a huge legal party, and they all get drunk and have fun. The schools are so buddy like and make tons from the game. Their games never have the rival feeling to me anymore.
I think Notre Dame/USC is the biggest rivalry. It sort of got re-renewed this season too.
