The "Cheers" thanksgiving food fight one is a classic.
Also the WKRP Turkey episode...."as God as my witness, I thought turkeys could fly"
The first South Park Thanksgiving and Christmas ones too.
the West Wing has really good Christmas episodes. The one where Toby buries the homeless guy... and there's another one I really like, but can't remember. The Thanksgiving one where CJ has to pick a turkey to rescue. That might be the same one where Barlet gives Charlie the knife. That's a good one.

I always liked the MASH christmas episodes as well.
The Star Wars Holiday Special aired once (in 1978) and was so epic that George Lucas won't allow it to ever be aired again.

I always liked the Married With Children version of It's A Wonderful Life where Sam Kinison is Al's guardian angel and Peggy ends up married to the guy who eventually becomes Jefferson D'Arcy.
Not to mention the episode where Al gets to Marcy's bank too late with his Christmas bonus check, so he starts a daycare in the shoe store to get money for Christmas gifts.

Any Friends Thanksgiving episode! Especially the football one, the one with Brad Pitt as a guest star, and the one where Rachel makes her "special truffle" with layers of banana pudding, whip cream, beef, another layer of banana pudding...........

I have to agree with 1Parker1! I love Friends! Any episode. Hands down though, the Brad Pitt one was the funniest.... They gave Jennifer Aniston a teenie-weenie!
