Pierre might be traded to Cubs

WSCR 670 in Chicago is reporting that the Cubs are close to acquiring Juan Pierre from the Marlins for three prospects.

If true, I am sure Dontrelle and Cabrera are having a party over how much fun they will have in the coming years.

this is reminiscent of the old days when the marlins stacked up on young talent

if they can get some good revenue they should be a force in 3 or 4 years
