If true, I am sure Dontrelle and Cabrera are having a party over how much fun they will have in the coming years.

Are the Marlins getting rid of all of their talent purposefully? I guess they are trying to drive down the attendance to get out of Miami.

this is reminiscent of the old days when the marlins stacked up on young talent

if they can get some good revenue they should be a force in 3 or 4 years

I wish the Cubs would stock up on pitching instead of hitting.

Cubs needed a good leadoff guy.

    They got it.

Now if they could get a Shortstop, 2nd baseman, left fielder right fielder, closer..........

The Chicago Tribune's Phil Rogers believes the Marlins will wait until after Johnny Damon signs to trade Juan Pierre. http://www.mercurynews.com/mld/mercu...s/13262763.htm

The Rangers are interested in bringing in Juan Pierre to play left field, according to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. http://www.dfw.com/mld/dfw/sports/ba...s/13268303.htm
