It ain’t rocket science. Everybody with some knowledge of the game sees that. It‘s just that Flopovich doesn’t and is too stubborn to change his ways. Just like starting Forbes for 2 seasons, starting Lyles at PF etc. etc.
So Josh Paredes must be a member on this site... He has written 3 articles recently that seem to echo what most think on this board.
