Chargers blew it when their QB could get downfield at the end of regulation time
    Clutch QB gets it done

Was saying this to my brother. Herbert is young and has all the tools to grow into it, but right now the dude just isn't a two-minute QB.

That defense is still trash. Mahomes had to go for 400 to get them out of it in OT

Defense got a huge amount of key stops and takeaways, and they were without their best player. Mahomes got 400 but played far from a perfect game.

Chiefs' defense has been great for some weeks now. Their improvement is the reason why the Chiefs are, not only as division leaders, but still alive. With how inconsistent Mahomes and the offense have been this season, the Chiefs would be out of the playoffs picture for good if it wasn't for their defense.

Could also just be the next Andy Dalton tbh.

Who they have played since improving their defense? Chargers, Raiders, Broncos, Packers, Cowboys. A bunch of over 500 teams, most of which have held to around 10 ppg. When they were giving up 30 ppg they were facing teams with similar or worse records.

Ginger Andy could never use his legs or throw a rocket on the run like that, tbh.

Meant more in the sense that he'll never lead his team to anything more than a playoff berth, but yeah physically he's far superior to Dalton.

The Raiders are like 1-5 since losing Gruden, the Cowboys were missing their starting tackles and best 2 WRs, the Packers were missing Rodgers, Denver doesn't have a QB.

Excuses. If you look hard enough I bet you can find several missing players on opposing teams when they were giving up 30 ppg too.

Well in hindsight losing at home to Buffalo looks atrocious. @ BAL, vs LAC, @ TEN (with healthy Henry) are all solid losses but ones that ultimately sting. They're 5-0 against the NFC which might hurt them in conference tiebreakers.

Actually in all 4 of their losses their opponents were close to 100% healthy, if you discount the RB situation for the Ravens... but RB is the most replaceable position in football.
