I think that Brand is good, and Maggette is good, but the rest of the team, for the most part, sucks. They don't have a good at ude, they don't have veteran leadership.

They just finally got a decent coach, and paid their best players to stay, so with continuity they should improve.

IF Brand develops into a leader. Otherwise he is like a Rasheed Wallace; very talented post player, can score and defend, but can't take his team over the top (in this case, into the playoffs).

if they could sign a vet or mailman they would be much improved. they need to trade their rookies for a couple of vets. mailman if he was healthy would help them alot. he knows how to win. sorry mailman haters. he may not have a ring but he has playoff experience something that team is lacking.

Livingston is not the answer, this guy can't even bench 185 lbs. He is still a couple years away from being an NBA caliber player. He was drafted for his potential. Problem is when he finally starts getting good Donald Sterling may be reluctant to give him any money. So right now the Slippers are just training him for another NBA team.
