    2nd shade is 5.0 < x <= 15.0 margin
    3rd shade is 1.5 < x <= 5.0 margin
    Lowest shade is 0.000001 < x <= 1.5 margin

    Potential Scenarios:

    - Obviously in wave years, red or blue, you could see shifts of 5 points or greater, potentially up to 10 point swings in any given state depending on environment and candidates
    - You can easily change this map to a (D) winning the Electoral College by flipping say NC alone or both of AZ/NM in a given general election year if it's slightly more favorable for Dems
    - This accounts for population trends and likely population trends. At some point the blacks in the deep south will actually vote close to proportionately with the whites that live there.
