Tommy Kuhse has agreed to sign with the San Antonio Spurs on a camp deal.
Kuhse went undrafted out of Saint Mary's.
Kuhse averaged 17.3 points in three Summer League games with the Orlando Magic.

I doubt he's above even Edwards. It's true that those guys would be the ones he has to beat barring a trade, but it's also quite likely the Spurs are stacking Toros players. They'll likely cut some guys during camp to sign more so they can hit their allocation limit. With 17 "big club" spots in camp, getting the four or five d-league assignees isn't as easy as it used to be.
