Dang!
My dog loves to chase the squirrels. She's never caught one, though.
I must warn her now!
I am sure Dan will blame it on global warming...or Bush...

Bored with looting all the trees of their seeds and berries no doubt....Passers-by were reportedly too late to stop the attack by the black squirrels in a village in the far east, which reportedly lasted about a minute.
*cough*bull *cough*
And from the same site...
Plastic snakes are being used to scare off hungry squirrels in a public garden in Devon.

Wow!
Perhaps we should have a pine cone pledge to feed all the hungry squirrels. "Feed the Hungry Squirrels or get attacked"
Mine do too...its their favorite activity...however, the squirrels also come up to the slidding window when the dogs are inside...kind of like "nah...nah...nah...you can't get me..." or perhaps there is a different interior motive...huumm....
My cats like to kill squirrels. I have some pictures around here somewhere of them playing with a chewed-off tail when they were kittens.

I know! Those squirrels are fearless! My dog knows what squirrel means. You have to say really quietly, "Blondie, there's a squirrel" and she'll creep to the back door and as soon as you open it, she goes tearing out.
She and I have equal hatred for squirrels. And if I see one flattened on the street, I don't feel bad.
So that's where stubby's tail went (one of the squirrls that lives on my property).
Sorry... but if it's any consolation, there were about 5 little kitties that derived hours of entertainment from that one fuzzy little tail.

I had a couple of hundred of birds descend upon my yardtoday all at once. that creeped me out.
There you go. Those bas s were loud.
Yea that has happend to me one time. I am out in Bulverde..
Lucky the bas s moved on.. they suck. I would of started shooting in the air if they stayed. They suck when they get near downtown or a mall.
Not necessarily! I saw a squirrel eating a bluejay in the pecan tree just outside my apartment. Wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't seen it. Who knew squirrels were carnivores?
That is disgusting!
No, what was disgusting was the chawed off head they left in front of the back door.

On Wife Swap about 2 weeks ago.
1 was a veggie that ate only raw food. And gave away her family stove.
2 was a hunter that shot various critters to eat.
So the super veggie lady goes over and the man says "where's my dinner with meat" she said. No meat I threw out what was in the freezer.
Guy goes WHAT!! so he grabs shotgun and comes back 15 minutes later with 2 skinned squirrls and throws the carcass in the sink. "I did my part now you do yours!".
She starts to cry.. but it's his turn on the rules... hahah
Of course she didn't eat it...
End the end her husband buys a new stove while she is gone.. she wants it gone but caves in cause of TV I think. She can actually make some mashed potatoes and cooked veggies without it killing her.
Squirrels raid bird nests all the time eating the eggs, babies, etc. They are just rats with fuzzy tails...
Well, except for the one my cats caught....![]()
AND they eat plant bulbs.
ers.
The only good squirrel is a dead squirrel.
Maybe, but there's no way they kill a decent sized dog.
