    RIP Lance Blanks... This is at shocker. Those were the days of the BMW Scoring Machine, AKA (Lance) Blanks (Travis) Mays, (Joey) Wright, along with Tom Penders. These guys were putting the Longhorn basketball program back on the map. And there was this voice that I was introduced to, who be the voice of the Longhorns, and the rest is history (Bill Schoening).

    Way too young... damn. Used to be one of Joel Meyers' partners for local color commentary back the year or so when Sean Elliott was working part time for ESPN. . 56? That's less than twice my age... . How?
