I would say that would be a negative for DJM. Your not trading for these players as salary filler. you are trading for these players to be on you team long term and expecting to pay them. DJM will want a contract about that price come 2024. He may not get it but if he is on your team and your not willing to offer a good amount he may leave just because he feels slighted by you.
