Roberts only gets a .5 from me, because his name is still mud to me over voting yes on Obamacare in 2012. Still the main reason that healthcare is astronomically overpriced compared to before that. The individual mandate getting repealed was good, but, oddly enough that was the main reason why Roberts in his concurrence that it was within Congress's right to tax the population and labeled the individual mandate as a tax. The biggest problem with the ACA which skyrocketed premiums is the pre-existing clause. Other than McCain being a treacherous clown, the reason the ACA didn't get repealed in 2017 was because they focused too hard on "repeal and replace" when the real target should have been "repeal and be 2011 again" basically.
Also, SCOTUS 5.5 handing Biden and the Dems L's today regarding the Ohio congressional map, affirmative action and student loans. Keep piling up the L's for the libs in 2023, we'll need 'em for 2024!
