video streaming box?

Sombody posted a link here or in the club about a box that will re-broadcast a video feed from your TV output over Internet, so you can watch your (spurs) TV anywhere (I travel a lot). It was about $200.

but I didn't bookmark the product's website, and can't find spurstalk mention.
