wtf, has to be unintentional on their part. it makes you make a nike account, link it to your NBA account, and when you vote theres a link that redirects you to the checkout page. it will show 22.99/mo or whatever but then show the discount. it shows a promo code ALLSTARTATUM but people have had mixed results jumping straight to that step

but right now league site is really slow and barely functional

just had a friend text me the same thing. after voting, right now it says "visit nike" in a link. earlier it was saying "league pass on us"

The answer appears to be no. I could always create a separate NBA account under another email... but not worth the trouble.

Looks like you can apply that code directly into NBA.com without voting on any shoes though.

I haven't been subscribed since like 2019 because those s bags disabled Samsung Tizen OS support and I can't install NBA app on my TV without using some kind of third party device like Firestick to stream.

i had an existing montly plan w/ the student discount using my wife's university email. when i got this to go through, my account showed that i had 2 active subscription, one for 8.99/mo, and then the league pass premium as shown in the second post ITT. i then canceled the student one so i just have this free one showing on my account now

Yeah they'll leave you with two existing subscriptions unless you cancel one. So if you get a Free subscription through some means, and you're already paying for a previous subscription, they'll still charge you for that one unless you cancel it. Pretty shady.
