There are multiple indictments against Delay, and no link to be found anywhere to back up this claim.

Fox News says they've thrown out part of the indictment. Has upheld money laundering charges.

Nothing surprising here really. As I posted before, the first indictment was a 'bargained charge' that Ronnie Earle and Delay's lawyers worked out where Delay would admit his guilt, step away from politics and not face any jail time. Delay's lawyers first accepted this deal, but once the starting hitting the political fan after this first indictment hit the MSM, they quickly backed away from the deal forcing Ronnie Earl to file the more serious money laundering charge against Delay that carrys a possible life sentencel.

How does one launder money? I've always been curious how it works.

I personally had to switch to Tide High Efficiency...because in my new launderer regular Tide makes too many bubbles.

There are many ways to launder money. The most popular is giving ill gotten money to a friend or relative, or in Delay's case, a PAC, and having that PAC secretly funnel that money back into a bank account you've set up for yourself, or friends, or family, or in Delay's case, a Republican cons uent.

I'd prefer to learn from someone that's a little better at it, wouldn't you?

    Googled the term. Got this.

Racketeering in business means carrying on a dishonest or illegal scheme in order to make money. (Such an enterprise is called a racket.) It ranges from transporting liquor across state lines to avoid excise taxes to bribing a jockey in a horse race. 2. In organized labor, collusion between union officials and employers in writing contracts, coercion of employers to accept union terms, appropriation of pension and strike funds for private gain by union officials, and similar practices.
