He's got a lousy defense. Any good lawyer would advise their client to shut the up -- it only biases a jury against you when you come off as an arrogant asshole, particularly when it's already known.

I hope one of the cons utional methods of execution, in Iraq, is being waterboarded through a plastics shredder, feet first, under a acid shower...very, very, slowly.
