Most of these Trumpers don't understand how deeply intertwined the union is, the world now as well, and how much federal money even the deepest red states take in. As soon as that cash from interstate/global commerce and the federal government went bye-bye in some real/large insurrection, you can say adios to all of your support except the real psychos. Millions of normal people aren't going without food stamps, their SS/I checks, their "cushy" way of life where the roads and stores and their front yards are relatively safe, et cetera just so Trump can flex some more after legitimately losing. Civil war? Unlikely. More like some wackos get taken down by the government, per the usual. Trump will be safe in jail the whole time, of course.
