Overall an interesting creative Opening Ceremony. The boats aspect was really cool touch.

I dunno what that freak show in the middle was supposed to be. They turned proud and historic France into a joke. Then the finale is them scrolling past the rich history that normal people of Planet Earth want to see.


Totally different Opening than China & Russia and for good & awful reasons. Here we go.

What a roller coaster of opening ceremony that was... some great stuff but dat woke bull , trans, lgbtq fashion defile almost spoiled everything... that was a big no no. Only good thing was that it triggered so many people I loved the marseillaise on top of the grand palais, not a fan of Celine Dion but I have to admit it was pretty cool, the hot balloon firing in the tuilerie was also great...
