Totally phucked. Closed 90% of the time and imo should be 100%.
Both on the US side and Mex side the beaches near the outlet are totally phucked.

Tijuana, which btw is a very populous city / metro area of at least 2 million people.
Has no sewage treatment. That's right. Take a dump in a Tj toilet, it flows straight into the Tj river.
Which crosses into the USA about 3 miles before reaching the Pacific.
Not a DAMN THING has been done about it.
Dems, Repubs, Rump, Obama, Bushies, Billy C, none of them have done .
