I’m in charge of communications for a large non-profit organization. There are a lot of logistical concerns we need to coordinate to manage on a day-to-day basis across a large team. Plus we have hundreds of people in our community who rely on us for timely updates.
We already have software for sending out bulk emails, but we’ve been told by a lot of our community members that they prefer texts. I heard about a platform called
DialMyCalls that appears promising for bulk texting. It looks like we could switch over to it for emails and calls as well. The pricing seems very reasonable, and it has integrations for the other platforms we are currently using.
Does anyone here have any experience with DialMyCalls (or a service similar to it), particularly anyone in the non-profit sector? Was it easy to get started? How are its features? I’m especially interested to know how it is for search and rescue efforts. Thanks in advance for your recommendations.
