    I've got Kenny Rogers' "Through the Years" stuck on an endless loop in my head this morning. So I thought I'd start this thread so others could share what's stuck in there head and perhaps offer some advice to get it out. If nothing else this offers me a welcome distraction from the fact that my head is constantly echoing
