Thanks for all the advice. I feel pretty good about things right now. Phone interviews are a weed-out based on what she told me at the end, but she said they are bringing their top candidates in for an interview with the Director and was hoping to call me by the middle of next week to set things up or they'd call me either way.

But if she wasn't considering me (at least at this point) then she wouldn't have mentioned it at all, right? At least that's my guess.

Anyhow, I feel really good about it (though the salary is only comparable to what I'm making now, and I was hoping for an increase. Shrug. I'll take what I'm making now if it means that I am living at home and not working here. . .).

thankfully I had an interview earlier that didn't go good, but thats a good thing now since I think i'm all but assured of something great later next week.
