Anyone watching this game? Pretty good game so far. I'm going for Northern Iowa, their QB has been amazing thiis game. Everytime he gets pressure he somehow makes an amazing play.

That's the end of the night....freaking coach screwed it up by calling that kneeling the ball to play for OT. Ridiculous.

My problem with the play call was that the Bobcats had already put up 37 points and they had all three TO's left. They have the conference POY at QB, and if he gets in trouble, he ran for something like a 1000 yards this season. Of course his happy feet got in the way of his arm in OT, but you know what I mean.

Why the not try and at least get into range? I see the thought process behind kneeling the ball but I thought it was entirely inappropriate in that situation.

edit: Good week for Northrn Iowa athletics. The basketball team beat Iowa too.
