Would you support the death penalty for Osama Bin Laden? Or would you argue on his behalf that he has a chance at being rehabilitated.

Pres. Bush's policy on Iraq is responsible for 2000+ soldiers' lives and 30,000+ Iraqi civilians' lives. Can he be rehabilitated?

I wouldn't support the death penalty for any criminal, whether I thought they could be rehabilitated or not. Rehabilitation has nothing to do my opposition to the death penalty. It is a dangerous power to put in the hands of a system that is as imperfect as ours.

Someone like him doesn't deserve the death penalty, too easy.

when you consider that every single time there has been an investigation into the death penality it has been found that blacks are far more likely to be executed for the same crime then whites I think it can be safely concluded that the death penality is not just

Stick OBL in a padded room, with constant video footage of "infidels"...and put nothing in the room that could induce violence to himself, including clothing.
