I thought they weren't going to do it after all.
I was just watching South Park and a commerical came on for Chapelle Show, apparently Season 3 is coming!!
Dave Chapelle is the man.
I can never hear enough of this:
"We'll be back with more Chapelle Show"

I think, though Im not sure, the last show on season 2 was shot after the whole Africa fiasco, it may just be something I ve heard. He does get a standing O and the begining for some reason...but anyway, if anyone watched "Last Laugh 2005" on comedy central, they had a trailer for it, and it looks hillarious.
He did a show here in town recently... I missed it..

Comedycentral.com, go to motherload, click the Last Laugh '05 tab, and Chappelle's Show Preview. HarHarHar. He does MTV Cribs, and has a sweat shop in his shoe closet makin shoes. He cooks eggs made out of 4 million year old T-Rex eggs, the first one stinks, and the second one hatches. He cuts its head off with scissors. "I'm hungry nig*a, I'm hungry." Instead of shredding salt or pepper in the grinder, he shreds diamonds and eats them on his food. It is great stuff.
I went...funny as ...and as for Season 3...I believe he was in the final stages of finishing it when that whole fiasco with escaping to Africa went down...for some reason...Comedy Central just decided to release it after all...
Don't get all excited. From what I understand, there was material enough for 8-10 shows when Dave went on "sabbatical". That material is property of CC, but they have ended their relationship with Dave. From what I understand, this is all you'll ever see of the DC show, and there are also no standup bits. Those were always filmed shortly before a show was to air.
I can't wait 'til season 3, I've been waiting so long for the next Chapelle's Show season.
BTW, does anyone know if Mind of Mencia is going to make another season?
It's not that funny, It's like the crowd is forced to laugh and half the time he is yelling and people are laughing which isn't really funny.
I think he just hit burnout...
