I think it's a wise choice. Fans want a super bowl not several disappointments. I know this season isn't over for them just yet but with the talent they have had I think failed the Chiefs on different occasions.
He's a great coach none the less.
Wouldn't be the first time but its sad to see such a great coach leave the NFL.

i think he ws a great fitin the program and im sad to see him go. makes me wonder who will replace him. there was talk of herm edwards which i wouldnt like but its not up to me unfortunately.
