With one minute left in the first half, it is Philly 17, Skins 10.

This is why I love week 17 in the NFL.

Just one or the other. A Redskin tie will also do the trick.

The 'Boys needed Tampa and NY Giants to lose and a W against the Rams to get into the playoffs.

    Stupid ass Cowboys are out.

They were in prime position 5 weeks ago and the blew it.

BIG ISSUE: The Cowboys will know by kickoff whether Sunday night's game against the St. Louis Rams at Texas Stadium (7:30 p.m. CST) has any playoff implications. At 9-6, they need Washington or Carolina to lose, along with a victory over the Rams, to qualify as one of the two NFC wild-card teams. The Cowboys also have a chance of qualifying for the playoffs if a victory over the Rams is coupled with losses by the Giants and Tampa Bay. The Cowboys' playoff aspirations took a hit two weeks ago with that devastating 35-7 loss to Washington, but they put themselves back into playoff contention with Saturday's 24-20 victory at Carolina.

Well, the Cowboys need a of a lot more than that, but it won't matter when the 'skins don't comply.

17-17 and Andy Reid just wasted a timeout on a really stupid challenge.

I'm a Cowboys fan. That's the only NFL team that I follow but they don't deserve to be in the playoffs.

    No thanks.

    Next year.

If the Skins blow this game and let the Cowboys make the playoffs after beating them twice, I'm going down to piss on Dan Synder's gardenias.

Redskins are going to win and the Cowboys will not be in the playoffs. I bet Parcells ends up leaving this season.

Washington pulling that stuff at the end on the Cowboys, they sort of did it again to them just against a different team.

I at least expected the Eagles do go out with a fight. But damn...

Well... at least we (Cowboy fans, that is) aren't cry babies like Kansas City, begging to expand the playoffs...
