No. 49ers wouldn't of had first pick if they lost. Saints would of got Reggie Bush. 49ers would of been in like 3rd or 4th for their pick now they're 6th or 7th but atleast they finished the season on a good note. Alex Smith even got his first TD pass of the year today.
