About the Thompson brothers- are they ever going to host the REACT show again? I miss getting to hear them.

Round Tables - They should start up back next Sunday and then be weekly thru the end of the NBA playoffs.
I cancelled two weeks because I was sick .. and then the holidays have cancelled the last two. Sorry!
React - I don't think the Thompsons will do it unless it's a weird cir stance. It's not their thing this season.
the thompson brothers always do a pregame show before spurs games i believe. i can catch it in my new car, but my old car's antenna does not pick up 1200 hardly at all for some reason... in austin

Theyve been the best to ever do it.
Vex by himself, and that one clown who kept saying that one home game the Spurs were undefeated at home, are horrible.

As for React currently, I think Vex is good at it but I haven't listened that much this year, so I don't know how it's going for him. I think Vex/Peter Burns are a good combo. Who is the guy who several people have referenced that is not that good this year??

I wasn't crazy about Paul Ihander the time he did it.
Vex has a squeaky ( I don't know the right word- I mean not smooth) voice but he is good humored and runs a good show.
Peter needs more talk time.
No offense to Peter (and I'm sure he'll admit this). He knows the least about Spurs/NBA basketball among them. That's why he talks the least.
And to clarify, I'm not trying to slight him - he's my friend. Peter knows a lot about football -- I just don't think he watches as much basketball as Vex/Ihander/Thompsons/etc do.
there's no future in sportstalk radio in SanAntonio if you don't know Spurs/NBA basketball. Like doing sports talk in Austin w/o knowing Horns football.
however, Peter does seem to be carving a niche in poker which is now the 4th most popular sport.
Fair enough. I haven't heard enough of him to know. The Thompson brothers were the overall best. Jeff is my second pick.

Peter is pretty damn smart and I agree he should talk more.
Ihander IMO is pretty darn good in the time hes gotten.
