Spurs are one of only 5 teams in the history of the NBA to win at least 66 of their last 70 home games

They have won 66 of their last 70 home games.

    That is unbelievable.

That truly is a feat, well would they be the first team to win 94 of 100 home games?

they only have to play 30 more home games before reaching 100 in that timetable

    That is unbelievable.

I'm pretty sure the SBC center (soon-to-be or already been renamed) has some sort of percentage win record also....

Bulls haven't done , are amazingly well submerged below 0.500, and currently running a 8-game L-streak, since beating the Spurs quite solidly @SBC.

Imagine if the Spurs had won that game: 16 - 0 @home.

I remember when the Spurs built their new practice facility and seeing how they had designed the courts to be replicas of the SBC Center court. I also remember thinking at the time, we'll see over time if the familiarity makes a difference in home court advantage.

It's not proof-positive, but 66-4 over the past 70 games makes one think that the familiarity can make a positive difference.

Replica of what? the color of the wood and markings?

I think the home crowd is the dominating contribution to HCA.

With baskets along the long side, with their own lane and maybe 3G arc, I bet the practice floor markings are really complicated compared to SBC floor.

I think they made the basket in the practice facility exactly 10 ft high and 18 inches in diameter...I think that was a brilliant move by Holt.

Floor, baskets, even logos (Tim's bankshot spot) are the same.
