Anyone been tested for this and know their type or frequency of types? Just wondering how accurate you found the testing.
I generally test as an INFJ, which is not frequent. There was a lot that sounded like me. Just wondered what others thought.
I mean, it's vague because you are talking about 16 archetypes, so in that sense it is sort of like astrology.

Myers Briggs typology is based on Jung's personality archetypes. It has nothin to do with scientology. It's a psychology study. They take the four Jungian archetypes and have assigned characteristics. You will be either an Introvert or Extrovert, Sensing or iNtuitive, Feeling or Thinking, Judging or Perceiving.
Based on that, there are sixteen individual personality types that you can fall into. Myers and Briggs and subsequent students have tracked the frequency with which these personality types occur in the population.
It's a really neat study.

If I agree with you then we come to a paradox.
Do a search for your type. There is a site that lists the types and frequencies and has a good breakdown on the personality traits but I don't remember it. If you google your type (just the letters), it'll come up near the top.
I've tested as an INTJ before. That F/T difference is usually only a 1% point either way.
Slomo is my direct opposite. Heh.
