Basically, it is the story of a guy who founded NY Confidential- the most profitable escort business in NY. His dream was to start a nation-wide chain. The story revolves around his top escort, Natalia, who provided her "services" for $2000 an hour with 4-hour minimum, to everyone from famous politicians, to Korean businessmen, to NFL quarterbacks.
But like all barely-legal escort businesses (pros ution), it got busted up and the guy was sent to jail, where he has decided he wants to marry Natalia.
The story is incredibly messed up, but it makes me feel bad for both the guy and Natalia. Oh, and it is safe for work.

As far as Tijuana.. I would stay away from that place unless your really well prepared or experianced. Talk about mafia compound.. it's a freak show.
