    Some teams still don't allow it. That was one of the (minor, I'm sure) selling points that Tim considered when he resigned with the Spurs...the Spurs don't have any restrictions on it and they are allowed to travel on the team plane. I don't know when the Spurs began allowing it, but it's been a long time.
