These is one bad team right now, they never should have broken up the core in the offseason. The whole East is bad this year, we all knew the Pistons would be good again but with Larry brown out not this good. The Pacers were supposed to be contenders again with Artest back obviously that has gone to . The Heat to me look like they have no chemistry at all. I don't know what the they expected bringing in absolute disasters like Walker and Williams. The damn Pistons are going to laugh their way to the NBA finals again this year.

The Spurs have yet to show their true form. At the end of March everybody will know what this Spurs team is capable of.

Which would beg the question "WTF was Pat Riley thinking about when he broke up last years squad?" It's hard to believe that a veteran coach/GM looked at years team, panicked and completely overhauled it with this collection of older, offensive-minder players. None of whom have either a history of winning (J-Will, Toine, Posey) nor the defensive intensity that Riles likes in his players.

Hopefully the Spurs won't make the same mistake as Orlando and get rid of Grant Hill Jr. before its to late.

Dude... thanks very much, I haven't opened it up yet...

I regret not being able to take you out while you were here.. I just couldn't get anything scheduled and trying to prepare a house to be sold is crazy time...

Hopefully you will come back soon.

As Kenny said, and everybody knows, the Spurs season depends totally on Tim's PF.

The heat will get better as the season goes and will be dangerous in the playoffs. That is all they care about and still get Detroit at Miami twice.

Miami traded away deadly 3pt shooting for mediocre 3th shooting. It's as simple as that.

"I need STARS! BIG names! Merchandise-movers!!! I know how to win les, I've done it before, and you do it with STARS!!"

    HTH,
    bw

PS- in another laugher, I just googled Riley, and found this gem from his agent: "Suave, handsome, intense yet apparently unflappable, Pat Riley is probably the most celebrated basketball coach in the world." ( http://www.wma.com/pat_riley/summary/ )

Antoine Walker no longer qualifies as overrated. Everyone knows he sucks. I almost feel bad for him seeing the Miami crowd boo him almost every time he touches the ball.

I got news for you. The Heat are as good as they're going to get. That team has "0" chemistry and a bunch of parts that don't fit together.

Even if, by some miracle, they do get better Detroit will "wax their asses" in whatever round they meet - if they're fortunate enough to get past the first round of the playoffs.

I usually hate to dismiss teams this early in the season, but I have to disagree with you. Shaq is basically playing (and will forever remain) at 60%. He is no match for Wallace Squared. That leaves D-Wade as the only viable option to beat Detroit, b/c White Chocolate, Twoine Twoine, and the rest will fold like oragami come playoffs.

Manu and Rasho for J. Oneal.
ADVICE: not everything that shows up in your small brain should be posted here.

BTW Oneal sucks and is now out for 8 weeks
