Ever use CarFax?

If you;ve ever used CarFax:

Do you think it was worth it ? Did it ever uncover things about a car that the seller had kept hidden? Or that made you change your mind?
Ever have a var come back "clean" but oyu just *know* it's not?

How long does the unlimited cars package last? (like X amount of days or what?)

Its a great service. From what I remember it's unlimited on the searches for 30 days. I found two people lying about the accident history when I was searching through the MySa.com classifieds. They weren't major accidents either, but the point was that they lied. Almost all the major dealerships I went to offered the report themselves when I asked for it, except for the little ty ones on the side of Commerce or West Ave. that had like 10 cars in their lot.
