Spurs scouting report: The Spurs have won their past six games against New Jersey. They hung on for a 96-91 victory in the teams' first meeting this season, despite allowing 14 points in the final 39 seconds. It helped that they made a franchise-record 20 free throws in the fourth quarter. Rasho Nesterovic has totaled 26 points and 18 rebounds in the past two games.
Spurs injuries: Robert Horry (lower abdominal strain) and Nick Van Exel (sore left elbow) are probable. Tim Duncan (flu) is questionable. Fabricio Oberto (sprained left ankle) is doubtful.
Spurs projected inactive list: Oberto or Duncan.
Nets scouting report: New Jersey has won 12 consecutive games at Continental Airlines Arena, including a 96-83 victory over New York on Wednesday. The Nets have averaged 101.2 points during the streak. The Nets haven't shown that same success on the road, where they've lost nine of their past 10 games. Richard Jefferson didn't play because of a back injury when New Jersey lost in San Antonio last month. Clifford Robinson is expected to play in his 1,286th game tonight, tying Mark Jackson for 10th place on the NBA's all-time list.
Nets injuries: Jeff McInnis (cartilage tear, left knee) is out.
Nets projected inactive list: McInnis and Linton Johnson III.
