I get home from work to set my DVR to record the Spurs game.
I have NBA league pass so that I can see all of the Spurs games. Well, wouldn't you know it the channel for the Spurs game is having trouble. Now, I'm stuck watching the T-Wolves, Cavs, and Mavs
I've called the cable company they said they could send someone out later this week. How is that going to help me tonight? I all ready have Spurs withdrawal. Now, I'll have to get in my car to listen to the dang blasted game. I hope that I don't ruin our chances with all of my negative karma, but I'm ticked right now.

Well, if your in SA I dont know of any issues for the Spurs game.
Try unplugging the power for your DVR, take off the cable line, touch the connection pin with your finger to ground it out, screw it back on as tight as you can with your finger (dont use a wrench or anything) then plug the power back it. LET IT SIT until the time is displayed on the front again then try it out.
The reason they wont get someone out today is because its only affecting one channel and its only affecting you. People who have no TV/HSD/Phone at all are 1st priority.
That is how we on the East Coast feel everytime ABC has the Spurs playing on Sunday's. It really sucks!

I'm in the Corpus area and can't see either the NBA League Pass channel or the FSNW channel.
Maybe it will come on after half-time like the Toronto game.

I had a simlar happen to me. I set my DVR to record and I have Direct TV. Well, I loko at the little Spurs pocket schedule earlier today and saw that the game was on FSS (ch 26)...I get home at 945 and set to watch the game.
Freaken game was on KENS..I only got to see the last two minutes.

I had the same issue with Fox Sports. I set my VCR, got home from work and there was the Aggies game. I could have sworn the schedule said it was on Fox Sports. Just so I don't miss tonight's game while I'm at work, can someone tell me for sure what channel it's going to be on? I don't mind missing a Spurs game when they lose, but get heavily pissed if I miss a nice blowout.
Damn, I'm totally off. I decided to check Spurs.com and they don't play again until Friday. I hope it's on KENS, cause that's what I'm setting the VCR for.
Thanks you guys for getting me through my Spurs drama. I listened to the game on the radio; it wasn't too bad. Well, now another eternity waiting until Friday. Crossing my fingers that the game will be on....
That's cause the rarified air and best things the city has to offer exist above the 5 foot line.
Hmmm...dunno. The schedule I printed at the beginning of the season shows last night's game on FSNSW; we know that's not right. I know the schedule is always subject to change...that schedule shows the next two games (Thurs - 24 Feb and Friday - 25 Feb) being broadcast on KENS. The schedule on the spurs.com website shows the following:
Wed 15 @ Philadelphia L 100 - 103 OT 40-12 T. Parker 23
N. Mohammed 20
Feb Opponent Time* Local TV National TV
Fri 24 @ Memphis 7:00pm KENS NBALP

I am having withdraws too. Only got to see a few minutes of the game on espn (NBA coast to coast)while they were covering the games. It was great the only part of the game they showed was Duncan shooting free throws.I think I will go check out the highlights of the game on nba.com right now to see if that makes me feel better.
