Wow, I never thought I'd see the day where the Magic front office became halfway competent. Starbury and Franchise in the same backcourt together is going to drive New Yorkers insane.
With Francis gone, this is officially Dwight Howard's team. There will be absolutely no excuse to not get Howard the ball now, especially with Hill and Turkoglu out.
Praise the Jesus.
Yeah, that was a great move for the Magic.
Nice, I'm a Magic fan too and I'm pretty pleased about this. They will be way under the cap in 2007.
Hedo's out? Damn. /fantasyleague
I don't know for how long, but he injured his foot in yesterday's game.
Still trying to make cap space for Tim Duncan?
I don't know what to say about the Magic front office but for a team that was once proclaiming themselves as "team of the future", they've really messed things up for themselves.
Well, now the Magic will have the cap room to sign Grant Hill to another big long-term contract.![]()
Maybe now they have a good chance at getting a draft pick since they traded their starting point guard for crap.
Hey, I think it's a good move. Francis is never going to win a championship for you, and was never going to help Howard develop.
Still seems like they could have gotten more than freaking Ariza back in the deal.
I'm not complaining though... This helps the value of that pick we got from them.
Tight!!! I get to rock my Orlando Magic Hardaway jersey again!![]()
This is still a Spurs board, isn't it?
Yeah, but the trade involved the Knicks, for whom a player and coach both have Spurs ties, hence the relationship to the Spurs forum.
Well, how long will Larry Brown be on that sinking ship? Also, how long before Isiah Thomas ships out Malik Rose, right about when he contract is up?
