Good. Niether was Rasho. Our two 7 footers stay and we have a nice frontman rotation.
Mohammed was not moved.

It's a good thing for this season, but I wouldn't be surprised to see him walk this summer.
Are there any decent big men on the market this summer?
Ben Wallace
Other than that, there are guys starting with Lorenzen Wright and going on down to Olowokandi. The Spurs could pick up a bench guy like a Reggie Evans but there's not much out there in their range.
Ding. Ding. Ding. We have a winner.
Well since I have the rope and the ledge... methink I will go bungee jumping for joy. hahaha
ahaha!!!!
Where are all those Spurs fans who used to complain about David Robinson? The Spurs' current eight centers combined aren't as good as David now sitting in row two.
Pop ED up.
Defense wins championships.
Go Ron Go! Crazy is as Crazy duz.
Time to shut down kobes. TnT knows drama.
p.s.
Rasho sucks.
Where are the fans who complained about Malik? He could muster more than 3 boards in 20 minutes a night.
Malik was good in SA his first few years, then he tried to convert from the scrappy hustle player into the mid range jump shooting forward/blackhole
Problem is, the Spurs wanted him to take those shots. Then they held that contract over him when he could've gone to LA in 2002.
Yeah, he sure is cleaning the glass up there in New York.Where are the fans who complained about Malik? He could muster more than 3 boards in 20 minutes a night.![]()
Spurs wanted him to make those shots, face it, malik was Jaren Jackson 2k5
He did so in SA. Certainly better than Pillsbury #8.
What? He still played hard and was in shape. That contract was the be and end all of his problems in SA. If he was signed to a 4 year $12 mil deal he'd still be the Spurs primary big reserve and buds with Pop.
Cept he was way undersized to guard Shaq
Yet, he managed to do a decent job at it. Spurs fans seem to forget how well Malik played vis a vis the Spurs current bigs.
You're right, last night against Shaq he got 4 boards in 20 minutes
That's one more than the Spurs current reserve big can average in 20 minutes.
Whoa, I'm not sticking up for Rasho by any means.
That's the point. It was the contract that got Malik moved.
