Probably the same thing I do after every Spurs game that's played at night...go to sleep. In fact, I have been known to go to sleep DURING Spurs games, especially when they start late like Thursday's game does. I'm an old lady and I have to get up at 5:00 AM to get ready for work, I'm not always able to stay awake until the end of the game.
