What I find funny is that Chip England will be able to say... After just 1 year with Tony parker I made him the First Point guard to have a top 3 FG percentage finish.
But FFS...
Tony's Free Throws this year...
if tony stay in the first 3 positions in fg accuracy (tony shoot 55% field goal) HE WILL BECOME the first guard in all nba history at this position . it's very impressive . tony is third behind shaq of course 58.5 and josh childress but childress just attempt 7 fg per game for me tony is 2nd

I don't think Chip will/can say that, unless he has been teaching Tony how to shoot and finish layups.
tonys outside shot is much more reliable now then before
yes he shots alot of layups but he does make atleast three shots outside of 10 feet a game
yeah....
that's why I find it funny....
I think parker is going to make history in the nba but not just for this stats, if he continues playing as he is doing now, without a doubt people are going to remember him for a long time, we dont forget he IS JUST 24 and he already won two les being the starter guard.
