The only reason Arnol' beat Wilson in the first place was because Enron was manipulating the power market trying to save their own asses, and creating these roving black-outs that hurt the in bent. When California inacted energy price controls, all of the sudden the roving black-outs stopped.

There was an article in the local newspaper grading his job on certain areas. Economy, Education, Maintence too name a few. He scored an A on economy that was the one I remember and the other ones were decent too. And I heard that minimum wage in Cali was raised. Someone told me it was raised to like 7.75 or 8.00.
