Where are all the people who thought Philadelphia was right behind the Pistons and Heat in the Eastern Conference?
As well as Denver was playing...
THIS is what happens when teams have to travel 2 time zones (soon to be 3 hour difference). Its tough. SA doesnt have that being only 1 hour away from each.
