Relax people. Regular season and the play-offs are two different realms. If the Spurs are destined to be champs it doesn't matter if we're the topseed or fourth seed and it doesn't matter if we have HCA or not. The great teams like the Bulls w/ MJ beat Utah when everyone thought Malone and Stockton will retire with a ring. If you recall, The Suns w/ Charles and a bunch of all-stars were heavily favored against Chicago as well in 1993. As painful to remember as it is, we had HCA in 1995 and everyone knows what happened then. We had the same situation in 2001.

Great teams - teams that we can consider as dynasties, are generally tested. MJ did not have HCA on all his 6 rings. Neither did Magic with his 5. Or Shaq and Kobe with their 3.

Duncan,as a matter of fact, won all his rings with HCA won by the Spurs. Perhaps it is time to prove to the World that ........

The Spurs can repeat even without HCA in trhe Finals.

"MJ never had HCA on all his 6 rings"

His Bulls won 72 games one year and didn't have HCA throughout the playoffs?

Yeah because Bob Hill's Spurs won 73 and lost in the first round.
