Good I didn't waste my money...
Hollywood can't find fresh scripts? These bat man 6 and spider man 20 etc are all getting old...
Anyone see it?
I did.
On a scale of 1 to 10 I'd give it a 6.
Not much chemistry between Sharon Stone and her co-star. I told my wife two or three times during the movie that they picked a totally wrong leading man. Not sure why they didn't call me.
In any case, Sharon Stone looked pretty good for a 48 year old. Actually she looks pretty good for a 38 year old. Nice body, still, even as she approaches the big 5-0. Unfortunately for fans of the Stone, the most explicit nude scene in the movie was a shot of David Morrissey's backside while doing the deed.
This movie didn't have the passion or raw sensuality of the first one, and even Sharon herself looked like she was forcing the action rather than just coming off as so very evil/cool as she did in the first movie. It was a decent plot-line however, especially by Hollywood-sequel standards, and if you can bear with the not-always-subtle similarity of certain scenes redone from the first movie you'll at least enjoy this one.
I thought Basic 1 was great. . .this one was at least watchable. A better lead-man (raising hand) would have probably made for a better movie. David Morrissey was no Michael Douglas. . .or Ed Helicopter Jones.

So, no beaver shot?
Shows what EHJ knows. Not too much.
He gives the movie a 6 just on the premise of a naked woman being in it.
It bombed at the box office and the critics are tearing it apart!!!
Great review, EHJ!!
I dont understand why they even made a sequel the original is a classic, lets keep it that way.

Seems like they are not going to get too many dollas off of it.
You're kidding, right? Critics? The critics think Brokeback Mountain is a great movie.s. Not too much.

Sharon Stone is hot.
Someone's harboring some bitterness. Get it out man, get it out!!!
If it helps HB, there's a naked man in the movie, and so I'm guessing that you'd likely give it a couple of bonus points for that.
I'd wait for the unrated DVD.
I can't see why anyone would want to see old ass Sharon Stone naked. She's in her 50's Hollywood years, so that means she in her 60's in reality.
She's 48. She still looks good. You could tell that her semi-naked scenes were well coreographed, however. Items strategically placed in front of those body parts that might not be aging all that well.
But I think your sentiment is what is keeping people away from this movie. The lifestyle of her character was easy to buy at 34 years old. . .I think it's a tougher sell at 48.
Actually Mrs. Chopper was the one who prompted us seeing this movie. This was only the second movie I've seen in the theater in 3 years. . .how sad is that?!
48, and she is hot.
No way man. She has always been a little overrated, now she is just way past her prime. She looks like Hilary Clinton.
Ha ha ha!!Someone's harboring some bitterness. Get it out man, get it out!!!

I'm not the one who has to take pictures with porn stars to make himself feel more manly!!
WTF are you talking about? I haven't starred in a porn movie in 4 or 5 years buddy. I'd hardly call myself a star anymore.
