Depends on his at ude and his realistic take on his worth!
Is he willing to "feed his family" for less dough!

I could still see Spree playing for someone this year. They can add him to the roster right up till the last day of the season. He can save face by saying ...yeah...it's not the 6 mil I wanted but it's not 120 games either...
This reminds me when Carl Malone sat out after his run with the Lakers and said he would later decide which franchise he would play for (much later in the season). He retired instead.
(I only bring this up because) I cannot help to think that other teammates would think less of a player who has sat out for most of the season, has not endured the toil everyone else has been subjected to, and then want to jump on a "winning" program to try to obtain a ring!
For some, winning cures all ills!
If Spree has actually stayed in shape I could really see him helping a team like the Nets down the stretch..
I thought Spree went to Miami![]()
as a Spur? Over my dead body.
Depends on whether or not he still qualifies for food stamps.
Who gives a , he ain't a Spur so take it to the Nobody Cares Forum...
Probaby not because he didn't play this year. Sounds like his ego has run amuck.
If Shawn Kemp can come back anything is possible
